EJE facilitates communication between professionals working with children and strengthens their skills.
Firstly through many and regular training sessions, the organization strengthens the skills of the Palestinian animators and directors of the centers it supports. Thus, in addition to trainings linked to the French diploma for animators called BAFA, workshops are regularly introduced to professionalize the practice of animation in various fields. In addition, the establishment of twinning with French associations specialized in animation and education helps to support local teams: some Palestinians will benefit from trainings in France while some the French experts are involved in our activities in the West Bank.
Also, EJE organizes local, national and regional conferences, workshops (sharing experiences) and seminars (learning).
Finally, EJE provides documentation in French, English and Arabic in education, animation and psychology, as well as many other topics related to the children and their development. This library continues to grow, and will soon become a resource center that would also allow the further development of training for childcare professionals.
