Open day in Deir Ammar Center

Regularly, the EJE centers organize open day for children and mothers. When it is open day, everybody is welcomed in the center which presents its main activities. It is a way to reach out the local community, and meet with the parents.

Al Arrub camp welcome AGOAR organization

From September 11 to 18, the activity centre at Al Arrub camp was pleased to welcome a group of leaders from the French association AGOAR. AGOAR is based in Epinal in the Vosges (department 88) and has been in existence for 5 years. The majority of the group was young Franco-Moroccan as well as one Spanish national. The group was comprised mostly of educators, but there was also a municipal employee and a future journalist.

Photo exhibition “Through the Lens of Refugee children in Al Aroub Camp

During 3 months, 12 Palestinian children were introduced to photography, under the expert eye of the French photographer Anne Paq who had worked closely with the Palestinian animator in charge of the group. In order to present their work, children and their host offers a unique exhibition, the first held in Al-Aroub center. The exhibition is composed of forty poignant pictures that allow diving in the lives of young refugees
